Selection Criteria
[Brett to fill: describe how ECC selects ceremony facilitators — spiritual calling, time in practice, relationship to the tradition, community vetting, ordination or spiritual recognition process. No clinical credentials required or implied; frame as spiritual qualification and spiritual appointment.]
Training and Apprenticeship
[Brett to fill: describe the training process — how long, what it involves, what role apprentices play in ceremony, how mastery of icaros and other ceremonial elements is assessed, what a facilitator must demonstrate before leading ceremony independently. Reference the Shipibo tradition or other lineage as appropriate.]
Ongoing Practice and Accountability
[Brett to fill: describe how facilitators maintain their practice — their own spiritual work, participation in the tradition's community, peer accountability, ongoing ceremonies and retreats. Emphasize this is a lifelong spiritual path, not a credential to obtain and retire from.]
Our Facilitation Team
The current Earth Connection Community facilitation team consists of experienced ceremony facilitators with deep lineage training. Each facilitator maintains an active spiritual practice and operates under the collective spiritual oversight of the community.
